How it works in ChatGPT

  1. Add PromptRizz to Chrome and open chatgpt.com.
  2. Start typing. A score appears above the chat box and updates as you type.
  3. Click the score, then Improve prompt, to rewrite it in the length you want.
  4. Fill in any blanks in square brackets, then press Send yourself.

The kind of rewrite you get

BeforeHelp me plan a business for selling candles
AfterI want to start a small business selling handmade candles from home. Create a 90-day launch plan covering product range, pricing, where to sell, and first marketing steps, as a numbered list with weekly tasks. My budget is [amount], I can spend [hours] a week on it, and I am based in [city or country].

The blanks are details only you know. PromptRizz leaves them for you instead of making them up.

Already deep in a chat?

A rewrite uses part of the last reply for context, so it won't ask for what the chat already covers. You can also tell ChatGPT itself to improve your prompt, challenge it, or say what is missing, with one click.

Score as you type

A live score from 0 to 100 shows what your prompt is missing before you press Send.
